We were all treated to a super performance today from Primary 3.
They told us all about the book “The Boy, The Mole, The Fox and the Horse” by Charlie Mackesy.
The story focuses on the importance of friendship and companionship. We learned how we all need to look after our friends, value our own unique strengths and talents and try to be the very best version of ourselves. They ended the assembly by singing “You’ve Got a Friend in Me” to their family and friends.
They performed their singing, acting and speaking parts perfectly. What a lovely book and a lovely way to start the day!
