As part of British Science Week, Primary 4 and 5 explored how catapults work. Throughout our Romans topic, we learned that catapults were powerful weapons used by the Roman army, and we were excited to investigate the science behind them. The children showed fantastic teamwork as they designed and tested their own catapults, launching pompoms across the classroom!
